Lady recounts how police officers allegedly asked her and her female friends to pull their clothes during stop and search in Lagos

A Nigerian lady has accused some men of the Lagos state police command of asking herself and two of her female friends to pull their clothes up during a stop and search exercise last night, October 24.

In a tweet directed at the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the lady with the handle @meetdeda said she and her friends did not argue with the male officers because it happened on a lonely road. She said she did not bother to get the names of the officers via their name tags as she just wanted them to leave the place as soon as possible. She added that the incident happened under the bridge that leads to Bonny cantonment.
