“I Have No Problem With The President Fulfilling His Promise To God But The Timing Is Wrong”-Lydia Forson Speaks On National Cathedral [Video]

Celebrated Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson has expressed her sentiments about the intended agenda of the Akufo Addo-led government to build a National Cathedral.

According to the talented movie star, it is rumored that the National Cathedral is a result of a promise the president, H.E Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo made to God before he assumed office as the leader of the country.

Speaking with the lifestyle & celebrity blogger, Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, Lydia Forson intimated that she has absolutely no issues with the president trying to fulfill his promise to God but his timing was wrong.

She stated that the citizens in the country have lamented bitterly about the inflation of goods and other services and the deteriorating conditions they are made to face in the country, yet the government intends to accumulate funds for a project that would not aid in solving the country’s problems.

Lydia Forson stated that the Akufo Addo-led government needs to listen to the sentiments of the people instead of using the nation’s funds to sponsor such a project while the citizens continue to perish in their woes.
